Soul: Guided Voice Journal

Soul is a voice journal. Press the button and say whatever is on your mind, the way you would send a long voice note to a friend. Soul writes down your words, asks a few simple questions about how your body and mind feel, and keeps it all in your Record so you can come back to it. A mindful journal that helps you read your nervous system. No reading is ever wrong, and nothing is prescribed. Your words, not your voice. Speech becomes text on your iPhone, and Soul keeps the text, never the audio. Your entries live on your device and in your own private iCloud. The journal is free: talk or type as often as you like, see which way your recent readings are moving, and export everything you have recorded, always. Soul Membership adds Navigator, optional AI you can reflect on an entry with. It only sees what you choose to send, and you can try it before joining. Membership also brings your full history, Apple Health context and check-ins from Apple Watch. Soul is not a medical, therapy or crisis service. Membership renews automatically until you cancel, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store settings. A free trial is included on the annual plan.
