Don’t bother
I’ve tried contacting them to try and sort out the number of times it didn’t record my purchases and was told they were able to fix everything but still doesn’t show anything on my app. They’re not helpful at the shops or via contacting them via email.
Bad app and bad rewards program
The app didn’t register some of the purchases I did, also the reward program is really bad, once you finally get a free coffee, you have only one week to redeem it otherwise it will expire.
Any other merchant will have much better programs.

I used a $5 voucher for my visit a while ago and i have been back to stores making sire to scan my card since that visit at least 4 times and i only have 1 stamp on my card whats wrong with the app please fix im not getting rewards

Have been going to this location for many years. Excellent coffee as always, and the staff are very friendly and more importantly know what they are doing.
