Don’t bother
I’ve tried contacting them to try and sort out the number of times it didn’t record my purchases and was told they were able to fix everything but still doesn’t show anything on my app. They’re not helpful at the shops or via contacting them via email.
Bad app and bad rewards program
The app didn’t register some of the purchases I did, also the reward program is really bad, once you finally get a free coffee, you have only one week to redeem it otherwise it will expire.

I used a $5 voucher for my visit a while ago and i have been back to stores making sire to scan my card since that visit at least 4 times and i only have 1 stamp on my card whats wrong with the app please fix im not getting rewards

Broken app
Soul Origin needs to overhaul their notifications systems. Despite making sure I should receive any and all app notifications, I haven’t received any which means I’ve missed out on at least three Rewards that I can see have since expired. I did receive an SMS about one of the Rewards but the SMS contents doesn’t match the Reward shown in the app.

Loyalty app with no rewards
I’ve been several times since I was asked to get this app. I’ve purchased food each time and this app does not add to my visits.

Bad UX
You need to scroll through 12 other categories of items before you reach coffee. Just stupid design.
Other issues
- slow store selection process every time you make an order
- music/podcast stops while using the app
- current order status hidden away in menu
Sad thing is I know these guys would have paid tens of thousands of dollars for this trash to be developed because App developers take advtantage of non tech savvy business people

Unable to order on app
Choose correct location, place order and go to checkout. Then every single time it errors - “ERROR - Can’t contact the server. Please try again later.”
Login issues
It’s not the login I can’t login to the stupid app I get a blank screen.
App Doesn’t Work
The app has issues when logging in and it has had this issue unresolved for over a year now. Even though every time you buy a coffee, the employees ask you to sign up to being a member and being apart of the reward system on their app. But what’s the point when the app doesn’t work???
Not functional
Hi not been able to use the app. It shows nothing on the Home Screen or in fact any screen. I have done as suggested by a team member in store and removed and download again.

Offering rewards that cannot be ordered from the app is non-intuitive, and defeats the purpose of order ahead to save time.

Keeps saying cannot connect to internet, cannot add to wallet, cannot order online or see order history.. app just doesn’t function!!
Worst food app ever
I tried their food, liked it and decided to browse options on app. The app won’t even show the complete food menu. Hilarious. Prime example of how not to do an app.
Worse App
This is the worse app I’ve ever had. It took a while for the credits to show up. Then it stopped showing in the app whenever I bought a coffee. Then now it’s just keeps showing the turning circle as if it’s loading but it’s just hung. It’ll also give an error message - “error code 401”. Wasted so much of my time trying to get back in. Also lost many credits as the time given to redeem is rather short. There isn’t an outlet close to my house. So I’ll only be able to visit when I’m in a major shopping mall

NOT WORKING AT ALL
This is one of the worst apps I’ve come across. It never works! Why isn’t it being rectified and updated?
Has never worked
This app has never worked for me. It won’t show my card or rewards. It just says error 401 or that it cannot connect to the server. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, logged in and out… nothing works
Pretty good
App works well but would be great if it showed summary of nutrition info of the items you’re ordering when viewing your cart
