This game is great fun, but if I’ve made 10 in-game transactions to no avail. Nothing is given to me once it says my purchase was successful. Either this is a really terrible glitch, or the devs are scamming us.

I really liked this game but each time I try to buy some gems it doesn’t give them to me so I have to request a refund. Can’t get any further without help!
Second Spa Steal Gems
This has been a recurring problem here. I bought a $4.99 package x2’s, why? Because I thought the purchase didn’t go through. It did but I got nothing. I can’t get a hold of customer support. Please help.

loved the game. got i. the second spa and it was impossible to upgrade my spa because i had no crystals and wasn’t getting any so i went to buy some and never got them ($10) and then the next day they had a sale for the same price but 3x the amount of crystals so i tried again. thought maybe the first one just didn’t go through. but now ive paid 20$ and no crystals. i should have 165 crystals but i have 0. I emailed the support email and it bounced back saying it’s not an email.

I purchased gems several times and never received them even though my bank account was charged. I had no way to rectify this situation.

I love these time management type of games. This game is fun and a bit different from this genre of games. Only issues I have is the ad option doesn’t work and u can only do 4 actions at a time. I would like the opportunity to speed up the wait time for upgrades purchased and to get fengsui items but the ads don’t play when I hit the button for either. You should also not limit the number of actions that can be set in motion during play. What’s the purpose? Other than these issues I really enjoy playing this game.
