I was on the app looking through I clicked where it said therapist I was thinking I would get a quick response but I didn’t get a response at all. But everything else seemed good

I had cancelled subscription and it still kept taking money out of my account. I will report to my bank as soon as possible

Scam!

I paid for a premium membership and had achieved 10 days of progress. Today I had to log in as if I had never been in the app and everything was wiped away including my premium membership. For an app that is supposed to help for anxiety this is just really ridiculous! Very unhappy and I was actually making some progress!!

Progress bars are annoying

Great content but the progress bars are really a detriment in my opinion. Too hard to pause and or go back/ forward to review things etc. Frustrating! I want to love this more it has great potential!!!

Surprise to me

Hi, I viewed the app, never used it because I have no need & suddenly I get $29.95 on my Apple. I can’t say I’ve used it , I won’t be pg, I just looked at it & when I got & look to see how to cancel & it said no account has been opened. I have a screenshot. I guess these days you can’t even look at a website without getting pulled in. It maybe great for some but I’m not interested & I can find no way to get rid of it. The only way to let Soula know is this right here. No thank you.

Esto es totalmente una estafa, pago los 3 días de prueba y me dijo que estaba embarazada con la prueba (lo cual no fue cierto) luego elimine mi usuario, de igual forma intento cobrarme la mensualidad desde mi tarjeta y a los días logró cobrarme la mensualidad y mi cuenta ya tenía semanas inactiva. ES UNA ESTAFA

Overall a good app

Overall, Soula is good but my one big criticism is that the AI chatbot forgets everything that happened in the conversation after five or so messages. I remember Soula was out when most chatbots weren’t even out yet. It was impressive to play around with. It just stinks that the memory aspect hasn’t been fixed yet but I’m an optimist so hopefully soon? I’m still young so maybe by when I have to worry about pregnancy, I’ll get a better experience.
