STOP SPAMMING WITH AN AD AS SOON AS I OPEN THE APP
There’s always an ad that pops up when I open the app. Every dang time. With a tiny close button that takes multiple taps to close. Why are you spamming your own app?!! All I want is to book classes and check in.

First Class
Today was my first class. The staff was amazing helping me set up. The instructor was so awesome music fantastic motivation top notch now I know what I’m gonna ask for Christmas gift cards to SoulCycle.
Select a bike should not be final
As a new user of the SoulCycle app, I was surprised by how easy it is to accidentally lock in a bike selection. I tapped a bike thinking I could explore other options, as most fitness and booking apps allow toggling between selections without immediate commitment. However, my girlfriend informed me that the bike was already reserved—and because the class was less than 24 hours away, there would be a fee to change it.
Given how densely packed the bike selection buttons are, it’s far too easy to misclick. I strongly recommend adding a confirmation step before finalizing the reservation. A simple “Confirm Your Bike” prompt would help prevent unintended charges and improve the user experience for both new and returning users. Thanks for considering this suggestion!

Worst app
This is the worst app I’ve ever come across. For such a large brand it’s shocking you don’t have it more figured out. Went elsewhere to avoid the app
Missing classes
I paid for a package of 5. Reserved 2 seats in a class. Hours later the app said I had no classes reserved and that only had 3 classes left

I find the app hard to use and it’s very easy to sign up and accidentally sign up for two bikes and get charged twice
App is subpar
Often, the app shows that I’m browsing soul early when in fact, it’s not soul early, which means that half the time I need to book classes on my laptop rather than my phone.
Such a glitchy app
Cannot log in, cannot set up a new account. What a terrible app
Can you allow the use of the older app version for those who do not have IOS 17?

If you accidentally click an extra bike number, there should be time to undo the error without being penalized. At the very least, a 5 minute window.
