Trying to signup, keeping getting an error message saying to restart the app and if the problem persist to go to some website.
Needs more work on the app
Entirely too difficult to add a card to your payment options. If you don’t take a certain route to save the card it will not input your information.

We lived in Garland and ate at Soulman’s often. We are so excited to have one in the Lewisville area now.
Money and time lost
Ordered our food through the app and got nothing but a runaround. We contacted the location associated with the order and were told our order was picked up. They suggested maybe our order was stolen by the driver and to contact DoorDash. However, the tracking from DoorDash said it was waiting to be picked up up well into the closing hours of the store. Several people got the order and then canceled it and I’m just assuming here but because it doesn’t give you the option to leave a tip. I figured that out after the DoorDash receipt said “driver tip $0”. So now I’m out of food money and time. Update the app again with and option to tip please.
Good things were the employee mentioned they were gonna take the receipt and write down what happened for the gm in the morning will update soon.

Forced Account Creation
The app forces you to create an account without an option for a guest checkout, but only informs you after getting to the end of the first checkout that it’s “not available” for this action.
Ordering Hassle
Great BBQ but having to download an app, THEN discover as I’m trying to checkout as a Guest that it’s not an option was one of the more annoying experiences lately. Seriously, all that for a sandwich. Makes it easy for them though I guess.
NO LOYALTY PROGRAM
This app is a sham, the stores do not have a loyalty program.
Great Pickup on Busy Days!
Placed an order on the app- and i was able to walk right in and my order ready for pick-up. Which was great, since most workers were taking care of long line! Quick in-n-out!
Great BBQ from Soulmans in Quinlan TX
Three of us came to try out the pulled BBQ and it was great. We all got full and even had ice cream for dessert!! Ever in Quinlan TC stop in and try it
Low tech app
The app doesn’t have any of the newer tech, scan card, Apple Pay etc…
