About

Soulvent is a nightly ritual for letting go. Every night, take a quiet moment to give shape to what you felt today. Choose an emotion, set its intensity, and a unique doll forms. It becomes a small vessel that carries the weight of your day. Then release it: send heavy feelings off as a star, balloon, smoke, cloud, or heart, and watch them join your personal night sky. What makes Soulvent different is the ritual itself. This is not another mood tracker that asks you to rate your feelings on a scale and move on. It is a slow, tactile, cathartic practice. You shape, you tear or stroke, you release. Each action is designed to give your nervous system something to do with what you have been carrying. Key features: - Eighteen distinct emotions across heavy moods (anger, sadness, anxiety, regret, loneliness, jealousy, fear, irritation, unfairness) and light moods (joy, gratitude, peace, love, hope, pride, relief, excitement, happiness). Each one has its own visual language. - Generative emotional dolls. Every doll is unique to your input. Your emotion, intensity, words, and the moment you log it all shape the result. No two nights look alike. - Cathartic release ritual. For heavy emotions, tap, tear, and let it dissolve. For light emotions, gather it gently and lift it to the sky. The interaction is the therapy. - Photo and drawing layer. Attach a photo from your day to tint the doll color, then add your own strokes on top. The ritual becomes truly yours. - Night Sky Garden. Every released emotion becomes a star, balloon, cloud, smoke, or heart in your personal night sky. Scroll through your nights as a landscape, or by timeline. - One line journaling. Leave a single line about today's heart. Short by design. Not for content, but for closure. - Private and on device. Everything you create stays on your phone. Photos are stored locally. No accounts, no cloud sync, no algorithm watching your moods. How people use Soulvent: - The end of day wind down. Open the app before bed, give shape to one thing that pressed on you today, and let it go. A small, repeatable closing ceremony. - Anger relief. When something keeps replaying in your head, shape the anger doll and tear it apart. Watch it become a star. - Gratitude practice. On lighter days, gather the joy or gratitude into a glowing form and send it up. Build your sky from good nights too. - A keepsake of a year. Over time, your Night Sky Garden becomes a quiet record of everything you have felt and released. Not as data points, but as a constellation. Soulvent is for anyone who has too much in their head at night. Journalers, people working through anxiety, therapists looking for a between session tool, and anyone who wants something gentler than a checklist. Five minutes a night. One feeling at a time. One more star. Tonight, shape one thing. Let it go.
