Does exactly what I needed to do helps change the radio station volume up don’t sound an equalizer + BOOM feature. I got one of these ion speakers for my birthday. I bought a second one and man they rock long battery life, app does the assistance from my Google Pixel 9 phone or iPad tablet!

Pairing issues
App not helpful no pairing button and directions don’t help either

Considering there are several options available for this speaker, the app doesn’t give very many options. There is way too much bass. It would be nice to have an actual equalizer where we can time tune it
App connection sporadic at best. Rating is for the app. Speaker is great for the price!

Update: the speaker no longer connects to anything. I wonder if Costco will take it back after 3 years 😂. Are these ion guys still in business???

Broken audio with app
If I pair BT only, no issues. When I use the app, audio starts breaking up.
App has potential
This app is basically useless based on how it is now, because half of the time the Bluetooth does not connect, it could have been so much better. I think the developer may not have spent enough time thinking about how the app will be used
Can’t connect PA Freedom
I bought a PA Freedom speaker and can’t get this app to find it… yet it works just fine in the sound control app. Problem is I’m at the drive in theatre and can’t use it tonight over this issue…

Not compatible with iPhone 15 pro max
Neither ion app for pathfinder 280 is compatible with new iPhone 15 pro max. I have settings in Bluetooth turned on and shows connected on iPhone but neither app with pair.

This application does not have the option to add effects to the voice for professional singers, only a basic update option. I think there is still a lot to be done to develop this application.

Doesn’t support Ultimate echo or light control.
When I connect my Ultimate it only shows radio and EQ like it was just a portable speaker.
Doesn't work with new iOS
Location services changed with new iOS update, making it impossible to get past the "Bluetooth & Location" screen. Please fix!
Battery and volume
I got 2 Game day party speakers because they connect to each other… Only after a year or so it would no longer hold a charge and the volume goes in and out. For the speakers to be $120 each it’s not worth it at all.

I just wanted to ask if you could please release an update where we can have the choice to “turn lights OFF” completely, and for the device to remember such setting in the future (same as with voice prompts).
