Unable to import tracks. Reached out to their customer support. No response. App claims online support. It doesn’t exists. Avoid. Dont subscribe.

Need support but not getting any response. The email bounced back. I got the lifetime version in May but it has since gone back to the free version and lost all my saved sounds. I need help.
Does not work
Tried it on iPad Air (fully updated) and on a 2 year old A15 iPad and on both I bought premium. On both, it still asks me to buy premium although I have an active subscription and it does not play any sounds or import any sounds, nothing works. It does work on iPad Pro, but that does not help me … very disappointing this looked promising

It’s so locked down that I can’t actually test to see if it meets my needs. You lost a potential customer.
Amazing Tool - Just One Feature Missing
This app is a fantastic tool for creating layered, atmospheric music. I love how easy it is to combine different sound elements, adjust volume and timing, and even use my own recordings to build rich audio landscapes. The interface is intuitive, and the creative possibilities are impressive.
I also love using it for RPG sessions. It’s perfect for creating the right atmosphere, building suspense, or triggering sound effects at just the right moment.
However, one thing that really limits the experience for me is the lack of an endless loop function. I truly hope this feature will be added in a future update.
