Problem with OS 26.5
I’ve gotten a lot of use out of Soundboard. At the moment however I can’t get audio from my iPad to it. Other people are reporting similar problems so it seems to be on the OS side of things but there’s a possibility that Soundboard might not be compatible with 25.5. Can you look into that and, if needed, correct it please?

Fehler in dem neuesten Feature „Kopieren von Tracks“ gefunden
Hallo, ich habe leider einen Bug gefunden: Wenn man mehrere Tracks von einem Board zum anderen kopiert (nicht verschiebt, sondern kopiert), dann lassen sich die Tracks danach teilweise nicht mehr abspielen. Ich konnte sie danach nur löschen und neu importieren. Das Verschieben von Tracks auf ein anderes Board funktioniert fehlerfrei, das Kopieren nicht. Das ist sehr schade. Ich bitte dringend um Korrektur. Ich habe die neueste Version von Soundboard pro gekauft, sie läuft bei mir auf einem iPhone 13 Pro.

Dopo aver acquistato la versione a pagamento hanno completamente abbandonato l’app aggiornando solo l versione con abbonamento.
Mostly good, but no support
I’ve been using Soundboard for several years. I’ve been mostly happy. It works very well, but when needing support, you get no reply. I’ve attempted several times, but nothing. I use it multiple times a week & it’s been a great app. Just wish service would reply. Also, suggestion for improvement… please add a search feature. When you have several hundred accessible tracks, a search feature would be a great improvement.

The perfect solution
I’ve been using this app for many years now and find it to be the best option for anyone looking for an app to trigger sound bytes or backing tracks. There is nothing else out there quite like the Soundboard Pro app. I use it live for gigs with a 70’s and 80’s cover band to trigger extra sounds during songs or to play audio from relevant movie clips between songs to fill space. I use it with an iPad and split screen with it and my set list behind my drum kit. The dev is also very responsive when I’ve had questions, but the app itself is very intuitive. Highly recommend to anyone in my situation or for podcasts or broadcasting in general!

Blown away by app and customer support
I was having issues with the original version of the app working with my iPad Pro. I use this app for music at sporting events and everyone loves the quality and professional feel the original app gave at these events.
I had encountered issues with the app crashing, Joe Allen stepped up for me to help resolve my issue. This new app is even more impressive than the original. Very thankful with the support and customer service from this company. I had recommended the app before to several people from other sports teams and I will continue to do so after my experience.

Great Soundboard, but needs a couple of features
I bought this for a podcast I host and it is very good so far. Only have one complaint and a couple of feature requests that I think would make it a better value since it is a bit pricey for an app. Stock Sound FX would be a great addition to this. Not a whole library just a good set of maybe 20 or so traditional FX you might use in radio or podcasting, like a sad trombone, ticking clock, buzzer, and audience FX as an idea.
Features I would like to see would be the ability to have a robust wireless soundboard sync between iPad and iPhone apps with all sound FX and Music transferring to both platforms automatically.
I also think the ability to type and enter exact parameter values for fade-ins/outs, etc. would be very helpful. Currently you can only use the touch sliders, which is fine, but getting the exact value is tough to do with only touch.
Another feature that would be nice is to have the ability to draw in fade in/out and audio level automation like you do in a DAW. This would be nice for lead in music that fades to a low background volume during the show. Currently, you can only have a start of fade-in and start of fade-out based on the tracks default volume setting.
Lastly, the ability to change track button size would be nice. At least a small, medium, large option. Current default is what I would consider large. So I might a smaller size when organizing my boards for a podcast,

Tracks Not Loading
Recently I tried adding from Files and everytime the file imports unplayable but works in Files and djay pro. Please fix this, I’ve tried everything.
BEST APP FOR PERFORMERS
This app has changed my performance level to such a degree, I’m a little miffed at the money I’ve spent on other devices etc that do a 1/10th of the job.
Easy import of your backing tracks into iPad, even whole folders to simplify into separate boards (folders in the app) and a plethora of adjustments can be made after.

Worked great until I upgraded my iPad
On my previous iPad Pro, I had no issues.
But with the newest iPad Pro, when the song stops, the app makes a popping noise that comes through the speakers loudly.
It does it on every track, whether I fade out or not. Even if it’s set to go from one track to the next, there is always a loud pop noise once one track completes.
I’ve tried multiple adapters, they all do the same.
I will have to find a new sound board if this isn’t resolved soon. As a professional minister, this isn’t professional. And def not worth the money I paid.

Hello, this is actually the sound of the audio amplifier in your device powering up and down, this sound is not generated by the app or software in any way. However, one workaround is to play a silent track looping constantly so that the audio amplifier on your iPad is always active and doesn't automatically power on/off. I'm looking into solutions for adding this as a built-in feature.

I’m Magician and it’s perfect for my solo show because I can choose the music during the show in one touch ! And now without reading anything thanks to the new picture option :)
Great for learning words to children also, you can put on each button a pic of a thing associated with the spell.
Really happy that Joe Allen listen to our suggestions : colors, pictures, play next track... thank you !
A last one that I would like : syncing between devices.
I often use differents devices and it’s very long to make changes on each device..

Sounds Delayed On Tap
On the latest, fastest iPad Pro, the time it takes the sounds to start playing is to laggy for this to be useful, especially in a live setting. And the features and functionality do not warrant the ridiculous price tag.

Was für eine geniale App! Es dauert ein bisschen, bis man sich damit einspielt, aber dann ist sie wirklich jeden Euro wert. Der Support ist richtig gut und der Entwickler antwortet umgehend und präzise auf alle Fragen. Ich bin begeistert. Sehr viele schöne Möglichkeiten für den Live-Betrieb. Ein paar Wünsche hat man ja immer, z. B wäre es schön, wenn man mehreren markierten Tracks geimeinsam die Track-Eigenschaften zuweisen könnte, aber das kommt ja vielleicht noch. Good app but would like...
Good app but would like to see a couple of additions if possible?
1) Our band use the app for our click tracks in our sets we play so it would be useful to have optional alternative layouts (think a list we can work down through)
2) a button to push that automatically starts the next track in the list rather than having to check which one it is and click each one (I know the automations feature will start the next track but we potentially have delays between tracks so would need the flexibility to have it cued ready to fire but only do so when triggered)
3) the ability to put placeholder / blank tracks in for those tracks we don’t have click tracks for. This would be amazing as there’s been a few occasions we’ve triggered a track thinking it’s next and ended up with a click for a song it wasn’t meant for without realising until it was too late.
Good work though on the app this far! :)

Delay lowers value for me
I mostly love this app. It’s sleek and easy to use. But there’s a slight delay (1-2 seconds) the first time I trigger any sound. Timing means a lot in broadcasting, so I wish this would be fixed. I emailed the developer twice with no response. I tried triggering all the sounds before a broadcast so they’d be immediate on second activation, but sometimes that doesn’t work either.

Very good but over priced
Not really worth the price but it is the best soundboard app I have seen. It’s nearly perfect for creating custom soundboards. The interface is great and the sound quality is excellent. Big quality of life improvements from version 1. I hated paying $60 for it but I’m glad I have it, so no regrets.
Paying again six months later ?
I really liked Soundboard 1. I occasionally used it for professional purposes and I gladly paid 43 € for it six months ago. Then, yesterday, I was going to use it on stage and the app wouldn’t load anything : it was broken. I found out Soundboard 2 had been released and I had to pay 37€ more to upgrade. I had no choice but to pay, being in a rush... and I only did because I didn’t have a choice. Soundboard 1 was working fine and I paid for it only 6 months ago... I was expecting the developper to update it to at least keep it functional. The new app brings minor changes that are really nice and the app itself is great, but SB1 was enough for me and I wish I wasn’t forced to pay again.
EDIT : my mistake, Soundboard 1 is indeed working on my other devices. Soundboard 2 is, all in all, a nice update ;-)
