It doesn’t work and I’m on my third speaker

I have to call their tech-support on Monday. I’m on my third speaker. The first one died now I’m trying to pair two speakers and I don’t have a masters in Soundboks. And it’s not working and I’ve tried every option.

App crashes every time I open it and I can't use it, even after redownloading
