I’ve gone through three pairs of these they one always stops working and they end up in a garbage
Difficult to connect to Bluetooth
In this day and age why is it so difficult to connect these headphones to Bluetooth. I use the headphones in iPad and iPhone, and getting them to switch in between the two is a ridiculous and impossible exercise of putting the earbuds back in the case, pushing a button, opening the app, … all for it not to work. It’s so simple. Just let me connect to Bluetooth easily like any other tech device.

Unreliable
Good headphones with a kinda trash app. Works and then doesn’t. Takes about 3 seconds longer than native Apple devices to connect. Randomly stops recognizing device I’ve had connected for years.
Just… WOW!!!
Been using these for just three (3) nights now but had to write a review! As a side sleeper, I used Ozlo Sleepbuds for a couple years but had to keep turning up the volume to "Mask" my partners snoring/noises. The Sleepbud sounds were so loud they were keeping me awake too!!! I knew I needed ANC to solve the problem because I previously used my AirPods with a neck pillow, but they never lasted all night. The very first night with the A30 Specials was PERFECT and has gotten better as I learn to use the different settings. Last night I tried the memory foam tips and once again more noise was cancelled. I’ll probably keep trying other settings and variations just to see how much better things might get. If I discover something, I'll update this review, but right now.... JUST WOW!!!!

Won’t connect to headphones
The app is functional. But it’s frustrating that after the initial pairing, every time I reopen the app it won’t connect back to the headphones. I then need to unpair in iOS and repair for the app to recognise the same headphones again. This seems like a big usability issue that needs to be fixed.

This app was a really good headphone companion app before it was reworked to centre a chat bot that adds exactly nothing to the experience.

Dumbest use of AI I’ve seen, and I’ve seen some monumentally dumb stuff.
I shouldn’t need my privacy compromised to choose what happens when I tap an earbud.

Does every app now need to have “AI” and all sorts of other bloatware?
Why the pointless AI baggage?
This app uses a whopping 850 MB of device storage. Why? I want to simply control my headphones. I don’t need all this AI garbage being shoved down my throat in what *used to be* a tidy app. Get rid of this excess AI bloat please.
“AI assistant” added for no reason
Other than that, the app is nice. “AI” “features” are optional.
Impossible to use.
I lost an earbud, so I went to this app to play a sound to find it! I’ve done it before. But since I have a software update pending, I can’t do anything but install the software update, and to do that I need to have both earbuds in the case. But my earbud is lost. So this app is completely useless and now I’m out a very expensive pair of earbuds.

Left ear defaults to local mode
I’ve never wanted to use the local mode setting. However, in the middle of the night when I switch the right headphone for the left one, it always defaults to local mode, and need to be manually configured to Bluetooth mode.
Touch controls won’t work
Touch controls of Aerofit 2 pro don’t work on iOS

I tried to connect my Q31i earbuds but it wouldn’t show the correct permissions to set up Bluetooth

It says the case of my aero fit 2 pro are always 30% of charge.
Easily the best headphones
The score Q30 headphones are easily the best headphones I have ever used. It’s good for its price and it is easy to control.
Infuriating Sleep Mode
It is nearly impossible to find how to control the volume of sleep mode in the app. Nothing is intuitive about using this app.
