AI for headphones?
Dumbest use of AI I’ve seen, and I’ve seen some monumentally dumb stuff.
I shouldn’t need my privacy compromised to choose what happens when I tap an earbud.
In conclusion, a truly awful app.

Awesome for customizing
The app is exemplary for a device manufacturer. Much bigger companies should watch and learn! Fully configure playback gestures on left and right side separately with an easy interface to do it. You can even choose which types of ambient noise are cycled when using that gesture.
Bloatware
Why does an EQ app need a useless AI chatbot? Why can’t it perform basic functions like making the headphones mono or stereo? Why is it taking up 1 GB of space? Unacceptable.
300+ MB of Doc & Data
What 300+ MB doc & data is needed for, while the app itself is already 600+ MB? People don’t have unlimited storage in their mobile devices.
Sleep detection sensitivity
I have been quite happy with Soundcore sleep A30s -- way way better than the Ozlo I had for a bit over a year.
I do wish I could adjust how sensitive they are to detecting I've fallen asleep. My audio often plays for an hour or two after I've drifted off before being paused and transitioning to the local audio.

1.0+ GB way to big.
Good app, but takes up way too much space on the iPhone over 1.0Gb

Give me a way to disable the AI assistant.
I wish there was a clear way to disable the AI assistant that comes with the app. So, to keep my headphones firmware up to date, I have to download the app, then after checking for any firmware updates, delete the app and periodically repeat the process.
Can’t connect to my Life Q30 headset anymore
The new AI feature is not that important. I know it costed money but in the process of developing it the MAIN feature (which is connecting to your device) is now broken, because of that this app has lost it’s functionality entirely. Soundcore should rethink their business model.
Massive app for what it does!!
The app is fine, but this is some of the laziest programming I’ve ever seen. Why is this almost one gigabyte?! with the cost of RAM and storage skyrocketing this app is no longer worth keeping on your device
Disappointment !!
Anker Soundcore doesn't care about its customers. I bought a pair of Sleep A20 earbuds and lost one; the firmware no longer allows pairing with my iPhone! Absurd! Support doesn't respond! You've lost a loyal customer!
TOO FRUSTRATED WITH IT!
I was excited when I got this the first time! Now I’m extremely frustrated with these $15 wireless P25I earbuds! They won’t stay connected to any of my devices at all!

The EQ does not give a change for what I’m hearing, bad connection to the app please fix it
No mute ability
You removed the mute ability from the Liberty Pro earbuds which makes them completely useless for work calls and I bought these solely for taking work calls based on recommendations because they are supposed to work well with Teams. Now I wish I had purchased a different brand or that I could return these.

Don't use their app its spyware
This app has become full on spyware, adding AI to that (which we never asked for) i just deleted it
Stupid!
I have my gadget playing, beautiful music, and I turn on another gadget, unrelated, and the app/speaker will glom onto that and switch to something completely undesired, requiring significant intervention just to get back to the desired original state. Completely unacceptable for an app of this self proclaimed sophistication.

Need iPhone Notification Announce
What would make this a 5-star review would be around functionality. Specifically, notification announcement for things like calls, text messages and notifications from the various applications. My Meta Glasses can read notifications however SoundCore does not. Unfortunately, this makes the Liberty 5 Pro Max pretty useless for any serious use. Too bad because the sound cancelation is really good!

The app is good but when it comes to anka ai it is so dreadful I will tell it search the web but it says it can’t but I very obviously does but refuses to do another web search for answers until it forgets and also it’s training data cutoff is pretty bad and anka needs a newer base model
