Bad UX
The app is bad. All I want is to easily manage my tickets. I don’t know why I can’t access them from the ticketmaster app, which at least works. This just hosts the STM browser site in-app where half the buttons don’t work: use a passkey to sign in? ha! want to add your tickets to apple wallet? nice try!!

Hot garbage
Why do I need multiple apps just to get my tickets? The app doesn’t work. I’m guessing it’s because I used a different email than my Ticketmaster account, even though I asked it to link accounts. Why doesn’t it say that you have to use the same email? Why doesn’t it inform you how to solve that problem? Why doesn’t it tell you that you have to give Ticketmaster a bunch of additional intrusive information just to go to the games you’ve already paid for? Hot garbage.

Garbage
Absolute garbage experience. Unoptimized, click heavy, missing key functionality, and just an infuriating experience. And yet they practically require you to use it in order to get into a game. Embarrassing.
Major issues
Latest update keeps asking me to sign in even though I’m already signed in.
