Hot garbage
Why do I need multiple apps just to get my tickets? The app doesn’t work. I’m guessing it’s because I used a different email than my Ticketmaster account, even though I asked it to link accounts. Why doesn’t it say that you have to use the same email? Why doesn’t it inform you how to solve that problem? Why doesn’t it tell you that you have to give Ticketmaster a bunch of additional intrusive information just to go to the games you’ve already paid for? Hot garbage.

Garbage
Absolute garbage experience. Unoptimized, click heavy, missing key functionality, and just an infuriating experience. And yet they practically require you to use it in order to get into a game. Embarrassing.
Major issues
Latest update keeps asking me to sign in even though I’m already signed in.
Crashes every 30 seconds
I have been trying to transfer tickets for the last 10 minutes but it has taken this long because the app continues to freeze and I have to close it out and restart it. Not a great product so far
Can’t stop unwanted notifications
Per the in-app settings you should be able to control whether you get Sounders or Reign notifications. In reality you get Sounders notifications whether you want them or not.

Overall, I am pleased with this app and all the nerdy information it contains. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is when you open the schedule it should show the current month and day you’re in you shouldn’t have to scroll to find. That is an easy fix. Let’s make it happen.!
Apple Wallet function broken
Cannot add tickets to Apple Wallet even though it tells you. Literally the most important functionality and it doesn’t work.

App is too buggy
This app has never worked well on Apple products like iPhone and IPad. I wanted to use the app for game notifications but the app is too buggy to use. If the Sounders don’t care enough to fix the app so local fans can keep up with the team, then I don’t care either. I am canceling my MLS subscription on Apple TV, and will no longer follow MLS. It’s simply to difficult .

Broken for Reign fans
Can’t link the Reign season ticket account, and from Reign forums, it seems like everyone has this issue unless they also have a Sounders account. Notification preferences are broken too. I turned off all Sounders notifications, and yet still get them. Had to turn off notifications at the OS level.
Doesn’t connect to Ticketmaster
Not sure how useful this is if you can’t connect to Ticketmaster account
Consistently bad
This app consistently is full of bugs and poor design. I’ve been a season ticket holder since the inaugural season and I continue to be shocked at the poor experience provided on the app. It continually locks up, locks you out of your account, and is difficult to manage tickets on. The calendar for the season is always so poorly laid out and hard to determine when matches are. Seattle is a tech city, do better.

Schedule to iPhone Calendar
I’ve downloaded the Sounders complete schedule for years to my iPhone calendar; but this season, not!! I’ve tried numerous times, searched with various words (on web), and still do not have any info from the team schedule. Please help??
App freezes managing tickets
Just tried to load my ticket barcode and app just freezes after clicking on the charlotte match in manage your tickets. Tried other matches, reinstalling and relinking with TM all freeze

The app hangs when I try to transfer my tickets.
App freezes when accessing tickets
Legacy season ticket holder. Attempted to transfer 2 tix for season opener but app freezes up and have to close out. Tried 5x… Used the computer browser version and able to transfer tixs. Agree that the app is buggy.
Buggy. Crashes when you view your tickets
Recent update has made the app useless. Unable to view or manage tickets with the app freezing as you open up any game. Is there a hot fix coming soon

The schedule is completely broken, missing dates and showing wrong home/away info.
