Why do I need multiple apps just to get my tickets? The app doesn’t work. I’m guessing it’s because I used a different email than my Ticketmaster account, even though I asked it to link accounts. Why doesn’t it say that you have to use the same email? Why doesn’t it inform you how to solve that problem? Why doesn’t it tell you that you have to give Ticketmaster a bunch of additional intrusive information just to go to the games you’ve already paid for? Hot garbage.

Garbage
Absolute garbage experience. Unoptimized, click heavy, missing key functionality, and just an infuriating experience. And yet they practically require you to use it in order to get into a game. Embarrassing.
Major issues
Latest update keeps asking me to sign in even though I’m already signed in.
Crashes every 30 seconds
I have been trying to transfer tickets for the last 10 minutes but it has taken this long because the app continues to freeze and I have to close it out and restart it. Not a great product so far
Can’t stop unwanted notifications
Per the in-app settings you should be able to control whether you get Sounders or Reign notifications. In reality you get Sounders notifications whether you want them or not.
