Loading, loading…

It’s a super helpful app to help with snoring but it’s in perpetual loading mode so it doesn’t work.

No longer works?

The app’s creative approach to exercises kept me coming back daily for more…until it stopped working for me. As of March 13, 2026, I can’t get past the loading screen, even after a full uninstall, reinstall, reboot, logout and login. I’ve tried reaching out to the app author, to no avail. If it’s still working for anyone else, I’d love to know.

Details!

This app is apparently no longer active; it’s gets stuck on the loading screen. An email to the developers got no response.

Details!

I like the concept of this app a lot, and after using it for five weeks so far the therapy seems promising. But there are numerous seemingly easy fixes that should be made: the descriptions of the daily exercises don’t always match the game play; the number of points required to reach the goal doesn’t always match the number displayed. The microphone should turn off during the exercises where you’re not vocalizing (not all of us live in quiet environments). There should be a way to look up the descriptions of the exercises when they cycle back. The syllable prompts should change to the actual syllables you’re being asked to produce. Looking forward to recommending version 4!

This works!

It took me a while to take this seriously but it persistently worked when I did it for even a few days in a raw. I am an evangelist for this app now amongst my friends. I am trying to just 'knee knaw' regularly without paying for the app but there is just something about playing a game especially that one can feel quite silly if not distracted by something else while doing these workouts. So I will probably end up just paying for it. Thank you!

Flawed but works

I’ve been playing this for years now and my wife definitely knows if I’ve played or not. The game is buggy and annoying but gets the job done. My record is level 207 I’m pretty sure.

Great alternative to CPAP

Makes sense, just starting

Slow to respond at times

Sometimes the app is confused between knee and naw and it's extremely frustrating. Should be better calibrated.

This is a scam

These exercises are not empirically supported and this service which costs 30$ annually is really hard to discontinue. Avoid at all costs!!!

Knee-crash, Naw-crash!

Love the concept, but it is crashing right now on multitasking mode every 20-30 knee-naws.

How am I meant to do hundreds of these things when it crashes every 20 times? Infuriating!

Sometimes I get 100 without a crash and I feel fortunate!

Bugs I want to point out.

On my iPhone XR, multitask mode always crashes the app after a short amount of time.

There isn’t any sound in the main mode of the game and I have silent mode off and the volume turned up on my iPhone.

Don’t waste your time

Yet another app that gets all your personal data, name DOB and email, then springs the “free trial” subscription mode. Worst mistake Apple ever made was introducing this. It allows companies like this one to build useless apps then tie you in for a trial. That you will forget about, until that big first month payment comes out.

Not free

I understand Apple needing to make money but please make it clear before download and account creation and stuff that it’s a paid app with a subscription. The app has ZERO Utility until the annual subscription is purchased.

How Funny!!! 🤣

Wow..... I really hope this works as it’s got to be the funniest happiest most wonderful app invented..... I am feeling crazy to say this but I used it once and I actually felt like the muscles in my throat had had a workout. So I will continue and see if this could be the solution for me. I hope so. Wow I am just imagining that this could be prescribed on the NHS.... love it!

Good exercise freezes sometimes

This seems like it should be fruitful.
It is frustrating when the character freezes or doesn’t respond. Hard to know if it is my enunciation or the app. Will see if it works

Won’t work with version 12.2

App crashes with software version 12.2

Disappointed

Doesn’t seem to like my nees and naws . Character kept freezing. Got to level 25 and couldn’t hardly get it to budge at all

App not launching

On both my ipad and iphone.

Stopped working after 1 month.

Wouldn’t open properly after 1 month of use. Support suggested deleting and reloading. still not working. Like another review I would like a refund for the months I cannot even access the app.

Ap failed after two months use

I thought I was getting a trial but ended up paying £29 for a year. That was fine as it did seem to be making a difference to my snoring and a fun game too, but after 2 months the Ap no longer loads. Support said they had a new Ap build, said I should re-install. Still can’t open Ap. My iphone version supports the Ap. I’d like a refund on the 10 months I now cant use or more support
