Login is broken
Have an account with email, try to login, says there’s no account with my email. I try to sign up with the same email and it says there’s an account already associated with that email. ???? Please fix. I can login through web fine but the app login is broken.

Worthless
There's no way to keep track of where you are at. Randomly skips chapters. Very hard too keep track of where you're at unless you listen in one sitting.
Access to App
I added this app to my phone and it’s still not working. Tried various methods to fix this issue but nothing worked.
Doesn’t work
This app just doesn’t work. Things don’t download. Downloaded files don’t play when offline. It’s really awful so if you are a content creator please use something else
Keeps crashing
UI is a bit clunky and not as intuitive as it could be and it occasionally crashes. However I like the note and pdf attachment facility as it’s helpful when following courses.
Update: I now cannot access any of my paid content, which was very expensive.

Skips Chapters
I’ve only listened to two audiobooks using this app, but both books haves skipped chapters consistently. Not sure what causes the glitch, but the only reason I noticed is because I’m following along with an e-book and noticed that the chapter wasn’t aligning. I listen to audiobooks while driving, and it defeats the purpose if I have to mess with my phone to find the correct chapter. I’m listening to an 8 hour audiobook and have had to rewind 10-15 times so far.

Unresponsive lately - problems fixed
Tracks won’t play and can’t access the information contained within each track. App will open and that’s pretty much it. Closing app doesn’t work, reinstalling doesn’t work.
Today 7/21/24 @5:46am the app did an update from within the app itself and appears to be working normally again. Updating to 5 stars but leaving previous review.

No response not functioning
This app has worked so well until it stopped completely. No reply from developer and can’t access any of my content. It’s infuriating! Very unhappy and don’t recommend.
Crashes when offline
The app crashes when I attempt to play downloaded media offline. Defeats the object of downloading items to listen to them later if I can only do so when connected to internet.

It has everything I need, including a sleep timer, playlist, speed control, and device download.
App crashes and glitches
This app needs to be updated far more often than it is. Currently I cannot access my paid for content because the app won’t load. It starts to then crashes. If I uninstall and reinstall I have to contact the company I purchased the content from to download it again. It seems like the developers aren’t even actively working to keep the app up and running, which is very frustrating.
