Improve Opening Beat Clarity in Digital Exams
I am writing this review on behalf of RK International School of Music regarding an issue we are consistently facing during digital mode recording exams.
During the start of every recording, the first four opening beats do not sound clear or proper. This creates confusion for our young students, as they depend heavily on those initial beats to catch the correct tempo and timing. When the opening count is unclear or distorted, students lose synchronization and become nervous, which directly affects their performance in exams.
This issue is especially challenging for kids, who require a clear and steady introduction to begin confidently. A proper and audible four-beat count-in is essential for maintaining rhythm accuracy and ensuring a fair assessment environment.
We kindly request that this technical issue be reviewed and fixed at the earliest. A clear and consistent opening beat will greatly improve the recording experience and help students perform to the best of their ability.

No updates and constantly crashes.
As mentioned above the app has no support, hasn’t been updated in the last 5 years and it doesn’t track or record your progress. Basically I do not recommend this app to anyone as it is a waste of money.

App Doesn’t work and the book is poor quality
The app doesn’t work and the book (Novello Guide to Sight Singing) has pages in upside down. Very disappointed.
Needs a good WiFi or 5G signal
Works fine at home but tracks won’t play if you don’t have a signal. Why can’t they be downloaded onto the device to avoid this problem?
No,feedback
The app only intermittently will give feedback when I play/record. Microphone switched on, connected to internet. When I googled this problem it said if too many users are using the app this can happen. Useless function and therefore mainly useless app. No help function

I see from a review over a year ago that the same problem of the app not working for very long has not been resolved.

Using with grade 1/2 Ludvico Einaudi piano pieces book from Amazon
The app logged in easily and had my book there as per web page. The exercises work well and allowing me for the first time to check my tempo of play and keep it even throughout the playing. Other apps I have used don’t do this as I have no teacher I find this useful as it demonstrates how well I follow the metronome on playing with a nice clear graphical line which I need to make flat. Tempo can then be upped and try again at faster speed. The number of music books are limited and not sure app is still being supported in terms of new material. The app does hang up on multiple plays of same exercise but come out and back in and it’s all go again. No wait mode available like in other apps such as flowkey or piano adventures app but they don’t do the tempo part as well as this one.

Music app or a joke?
This must have been written by 5th graders trying out coding.
Can I give negative stars?
This stupid app keeps resetting itself. It will work fine for a hot minute and then it loses my purchases and I have to start over. Excessively frustrating. DO NOT recommend.
Problem with app
I have great signal, but problem is with app. When I play some sounds after 3 or 4 replies I need switch off app and open again. Always have problem with turnings and loading.

Can’t play full song
Phone screen will turn off automatically during a song and playback will stop. This makes it fundamentally unusable for its intended usage

Very frustrating- bought the books to be able to use the digital versions but they wouldn’t download to the library.

It’s rubbish i got logged out and I tried logging in but it won’t let me back in so I tried making a new account but it wont let me
So disappointing.
I downloaded my codes from my Trinity Rock and Pop books and it worked perfectly for one week. Then the music stopped playing. The tracks were just buffering. I tried everything to get it to restart. I contacted the SoundWise support and had no response. I can’t even log in now. It is absolutely rubbish and I’m struggling to find the tracks on YouTube so that I can practice for my exam.
