Great trails, bad app
Not being able to log in to the same account on multiple devices is a serious downside. There’s 9 of us but we have to keep passing the phone around so we can each see the directions, question and pictures because when someone logs in to the account on their phone, it instantly logs me out on mine.
Lazy, flawed, glitchy and boring
I’ve done many urban scavengers and find, when done well, can deepen the experience of a visit. This is not that. It’s so void of creativity that I suspect it’s AI generated.

Has this shut down? Used one in tenby and wanted to use it again for Easter but nothing works..
Can’t connect trails and account
The trails themselves are amazing but the company desperately needs a complete tech overhaul to ensure orders are easily linked up with one account and this app. At the moment it seems impossible to get everything in one place and often when buying a trail while logged in, I then haven’t been given a PIN so can’t register a trail at all. Without this the app might as well just be a zero functionality landing page for the website since that’s where it uselessly
bounces you off! A brilliant business is being let down by massive tech glitches. If they can’t get it right, they should scrap it and go back to being a paper only business because it would be less annoying than me constantly trying and failing to achieve something so simple!

App inconsistent
I’m so far 50/50 with the trails I’ve bought and them being available on the app. We really enjoy doing the trails and bought many but only recently stopped buying the books in the hope of using the app. I’ve since bought 4 trails and only two have been available on the app. Seen as they’re all the same price might as well return to buying the books. Shame because when it’s worked properly the app is great. The 3 stars represent the app NOT the trails themselves they’re 5*s easy.
