good loyalty and transaction app
great app that not only supports the souperholic loyalty program, but can actually do store ordering for self collection. the loyalty program is really good, now i even receive monthly vouchers to use.
More stable and less buggy now
The latest version of the app works better now, I can see and redeem my Souperholic vouchers when I order via this app and the transaction feels more steady now. Should give this a chance and try yourself, it’s really an amazing experience to sit in the restaurant and order without having to queue at the kiosk 😆

Improvements in app
The app has significantly improved since it was first Launched and now there are vouchers on app, the receipts can be sent to email for claims purposes, and orders can be done on app and paid on app for dine in and takeaway.

Think the negative reviews are possibly when the app was first developed many years ago. They have constantly updated the app and besides loyalty features, they have added many features like self ordering to allow self collection, vouchers etc. 5 stars!
