After downloading i had forgotten my password , can’t receive Any otp etc. App looks very cheap Quality. Touching the Buttons but no response.
Address is not coming after check check pass
Functionalily is good but UI/UX can be improved according to industry standard like improved for customer side culture circle app. Its from my own perspective as iOS developer + sneaker reseller.

The First User - There is Fun and there are Flaws
I was the very first user of this app, even before this app was launched on AppStore. (Somehow I found this app somewhere) and although it had a lot of user functionality and a lot of metrics to track, but more than half of them were either not working or stuck.
I even remember talking to Madhura Ghosh and Ackshay Jain about Dos and Don’ts of shipping and my first payout with SourceX
If we look at the journey from then till now, the app has improved a lot.
The reason why as a seller I’m still stuck with them is hands down the fastest payout. A 10/10 to the team for this.
Coming back to the app. A couple of suggestions -
We understand as a developer Devansh is super savvy but honestly, the seller does not care about a thousand metrics. (Example - Lowest ask %, Resellers, Level I’m on). And most importantly, I do not see any practical use of vouches.
I still understand if you want to stand out as an app and do want to provide these metrics. Better hide it somewhere in the profile section but definitely not on the homepage.
As a seller, we just care about our orders, the progress of that. And lastly the payment. Make it simple please.
I myself am an engineer and a Viz developer, and trust me I learnt it the hard way.
If I may add one last thing, half of the time, when listing a product we get error. Like from past two days the app was not working at all and today I saw an update. And I was finally relieved that everything is sorted but uh huh. No. Still at the last point where it says confirm listing. I cannot click the button.
And off the record - Why the hell this app takes so much time to load. Instead of a live connection can’t we make it an extract and refresh the backend at hourly intervals. Idk but sometimes it’s annoying.
P.S. - After this update, my past orders are also not visible.
I know you and your team can do it. So all I would say is good luck and keep it up.
