Crummy App

I’ve been trying to create an account for 6 months now. I get the blue line moving across the top and then nothing. The app won’t even open today. Horrible.

This app doesn’t work

Don’t buy the sous vide if you think you’ll use from your smart phone. This app doesn’t work.
In addition customer service is non-existent!

IOS app is broken

I’ve tried it on three different devices, the app takes about 5 minutes to return a “bad password” when I know it’s correct as I tested it on the website and copy/paste tends to be correct. I’ve rebooted everything.

Trying to proceed as a “Guest” instead… the app just hangs.

I have a $600 machine that I can’t clear the blinking light off the front panel. I guess I’ll add some duct tape to my brand-new Touch+.
