Impossible to add voyager profile, useless app with no updates or support. Failing organization, failing app, failing airline.

Not User Friendly
Tried to sign up twice, but App kept getting error messages. App also recorded my email and said it was already in use. Would not let me sign up or sign in.
Worst airline app
The app requires you to sign in. Once you do nothing happens. It just doesn’t load. Probably one of the worst apps that I’ve ever used.
Joke is on us!
This is probably the worst app I have ever encountered. Besides not being user friendly, the app has a propensity to close for no reason and zero warning. If you paid someone to create this app, you were robbed!
Poor Quality
I travel internationally often and use my phone to hold my boarding passes and other vital pieces of information. This is not an app that assists in that endeavor. Avoid this app

I can’t even begin to describe how useless this app is. Not even displaying basic information about the flight that you are entering. Who needs this?

Could never log on. Even tried using the google option. Would just drop the signal. Hope their plans are better maintained

I have consistently crashes when searching for flight details-either by flight number for by city.

Don’t even bother downloading this app. It gives no useful information and has too many bugs to be able to use
Remember your passenger
1) Almost all mobile Apps remember who is logging in because the users profile is device specific.
Why does the SAA App not remember its customers and one must enter your Voyager number each time. Poor effort.
Better still - present the flights you know the customer has booked based on Voyager #
2) Downloading the boarding pass to the IOS Wallet has not worked for about a year. Please fix. Really poor effort when actual functionality has bugs after a year.
SAA needs to fire its App developers if they can’t deliver industry minimums.
