I struggle to see any effort to improve this app since the inaugural flight from London Gatwick in 2024. Can this be looked at because it is currently not fit for purpose as far as your customers are concerned.

Not working on checkout

App is already so buggy but got to checkout and it keeps crashing on me. How can i buy the tickets if this keeps happening. Got to checkout 3 times and now i have to figure out where else to buy

Absolutely useless app

Tried paying for extra luggage but couldn’t and can’t even see my bookings or do anything. This just shows how terrible the airline is.
