I struggle to see any effort to improve this app since the inaugural flight from London Gatwick in 2024. Can this be looked at because it is currently not fit for purpose as far as your customers are concerned.

Not working on checkout
App is already so buggy but got to checkout and it keeps crashing on me. How can i buy the tickets if this keeps happening. Got to checkout 3 times and now i have to figure out where else to buy
Absolutely useless app
Tried paying for extra luggage but couldn’t and can’t even see my bookings or do anything. This just shows how terrible the airline is.

Booking & Checking issues
I don’t understand the point of having an app when I can’t even retrieve my booking details. It keeps telling me error, my data is missing. But on the website, I’m able to retrieve my booking details. Please air peace fix this issue, thanks.

Pls this audio while doing announcements is not audible, pls can they project it… beside is it English language or Mandarin(Chinese language) you people speak?

Very useless app, no rating. You won’t be able to book any flight using the app, then you wonder what use is the app. I am deleting this frustrating app immediately.

App is as good as useless. Crashes when you want to book a flight and then doesn’t open afterwards. A company as big as Air Peace can surely do better. What a mess of an app 👎

The app is as good as useless! What exactly is it meant to be used for when you can’t book flights on it, you can’t log in, you can’t do anything.
The app is a disaster. If Air Peace isn’t ready for an app then why did they release it?

After updating the app some days ago, I noticed that i can no longer see the time of each flight while trying to book a flight. Please, fix this.

CAN’T BOOK ANY FLIGHT
If you can’t develop an app that work properly, then don’t at all. I’ve been trying to book a flight for days and it keeps displaying “the internet connection seems to be offline”. Fix it up
