I hate when you make a purchase and it removes from your available balance then the money gets put back and show available when it not and you make a bigger purchase than available amount based off what app said was available.
App doesn’t work after last 2 updates
I have an iPhone 15, the app worked fine until 2 updates ago. I hoped that they would fix the error and issue an updated version, but this last one hasn’t fixed the problem. Have to go through the website now.
Update 1.2.26. Downloaded the update, still won’t work. Went to the website, now it says “You are signed in but we had trouble getting all of your data”, so I can’t even see my balance. This is the final straw, I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, I’m going to close this account and move to MSUFCU.
