I hate when you make a purchase and it removes from your available balance then the money gets put back and show available when it not and you make a bigger purchase than available amount based off what app said was available.
App doesn’t work after last 2 updates
I have an iPhone 15, the app worked fine until 2 updates ago. I hoped that they would fix the error and issue an updated version, but this last one hasn’t fixed the problem. Have to go through the website now.
Update 1.2.26. Downloaded the update, still won’t work. Went to the website, now it says “You are signed in but we had trouble getting all of your data”, so I can’t even see my balance. This is the final straw, I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, I’m going to close this account and move to MSUFCU.

CORRUPT BANKING ORGANIZATION
If you know what is good for you, do not I repeat do not open an account with them, they will steal your money place it on hold for week and if you request for a reason why they’re holding your money, they’ll say it was because of a suspicious activity, even if you don’t do anything on it….they’re the real criminals of the banking systems and I hope DOGE will look into their banking activities.bunch of corrupt thieves.

If I could give it zero stars I would..
This app has really gone downhill ever since they did away with the feature that allows you to lock and unlock your card I didn't even know they did away with it and my card stayed locked and I had to call the bank and have them unlock it for me!! The issue I'm having now is the app will tell me due to an error I need to sign in and as soon as I go to type my credentials it gives me an error pop up and tells me some file with a long name can't be saved… 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

What happened to the updated checking account balance?
I used to see after every transaction like the previous app showed?!!!?
Horrible new interface
This app takes forever to load how much is in my account unlike the other app it was instant it is confusing to navigate and way more work than the other one too horrible horrible horrible new app
