Good app but needy
I use this app all the time. Works as needed for banking. A little needy lately. It wants a review every time I open it. I originally gave it 5 stars. But it keeps coming back. Doesn’t believe me when I tell it I love it. It’s ruining our relationship. There’s no trust anymore. All me me me.

When I say I only been here a few months they treat you like family truly. Any problems or concerns I have it’s nothing to get the help I need. I’m never leaving

I’ve been using the credit union since I started working for the phone company in 1979 or 1980. They’ve always been helpful, friendly, and reliable providing solutions for all my financial needs.
My own line banking is off now
New system is no good. It keeps me calling trying to get everything straightened out.

I would like to be able to make transfers to external checking and savings accounts. I have not discovered how, if this is possible.

The newest update is extremely ugly. I can no longer see pending deposits. Something about the letters make my flesh crawl, Change back to old format. Please.

I’ve maintained an account with Southeast for a long time. The app has certainly made it easier for my banking purposes. Easy to understand, easy to work and if one ever has questions, they are there to help.

This App is easy to use, and does what I need. I was hesitant at first, but am glad I got this. I love being able to deposit any check I may receive!
Not much use if I can’t pay my bill on it! It definitely needs this update to make it practical!
Update the app so I can pay my bill on it! It’s tedious to have to get on my laptop. Plus when I do, the login disappears after my user name is typed in.
