Won’t recognize booking

I booked through United, and the app won’t recognize either the United or Southern airways confirmation number. Thus I was unable to check in for my flight, see what the gate was, etc.

Useless

You have to re-enter all your personal information EVERY time you log in. Also, it will not bring up my flight I already booked.

It says it can’t find my trip when I search for it. But the trip shows up on the website and in a confirmation email

Don’t save information

Every time you go back into the app you have to put all your information back into it and go through the process again not like other apps where your information is all in there other than that it works good
