I guess I’m homeless…

I live in Washington DC. Only the 50 United States are listed as options when entering my address. Virginia it is.

Won’t recognize booking

I booked through United, and the app won’t recognize either the United or Southern airways confirmation number. Thus I was unable to check in for my flight, see what the gate was, etc.

Useless

You have to re-enter all your personal information EVERY time you log in. Also, it will not bring up my flight I already booked.
