Worst UI
Old UI was easy and good to interpret, now the Updated UI is the worst and doesn't show option to pay the bill online.
Need improvements
Suggestions tab within app isn’t working well. So using this platform. Used AI to summarise.
• Security Implement Face ID and biometric unlock plus PIN protection for sensitive data
• Dashboard Allow pinning important data and add a dedicated tab for solar export stats
• Analytics Create a devices page and show average consumption info for customers
• UI and Logic Add dark theme and remove the restriction on using full stops in remarks fields

Lag issue and logout manytes automatically
Lag issue and logout automatically and otp issue and otp not matching and many issues are
No OTP
For Registration it shows OTP sent but no OTP received.
