App doesn’t work and doesn’t provide required information
Need to do lot of work Not at all user friendly and many data is missing required. Information is not available.
Not able to login
There is always a problem after a new update to this app. After the last update, I am not able to login to this app for last 2 days. Is the app published to store without testing? This app is the only way to do an electricity recharge how does a person rely on this app if it keeps failing to login user after every update.

Issues
It keeps logging off. Every time new error pops up. Now when I’m trying to login, after consumer id and password, it is asking for OTP. When I submit the OTP, it just says something went wrong. What’s the use of app when it keeps logging you off and then doesn’t let you login.
App developer is trying hard to prove its a sarkaari app
As expected, lot of issues in the app, right from log in to many other issues. Dnt think these issues will ever addresses as developer will not be aware of such issues are existing.
Irritating session over
It’s very irritating that you get logged off. It’s not such security app that it logs you off. Even banks app that handle our finances are better developed. Please gets this sorted out or people will loose interest in the app( is that what Maha Vidyut want?)
