Buggy garbage
A pain to login. No matter how clear check photos are, will not accept any deposit. When contacting by phone for assistance, the people answering the phone don’t even know how to use their own app.

I’ve been with Merchants since around 1999. I’ve never had a complaint. Anything that I needed help with I got it. Everyone has been very kind, respectful to me.
I am 70 now and have no plans of changing banks. If I have the opportunity to refer my back to someone that I think would make a good customer I do.

Not happy
I have to log in way to many times!! It’s not like the old app!
Not reliable
Often app spins and never gets to log on or accounts. Even though we use Face ID it now requires an additional step of texting a code to enter. Old app was MUCH easier and quicker.
After update it’s still horrible
I could rate 0 I would. Even after update this is the worst app there is on the market. Absolutely horrible. I never leave reviews but I had to take 1 minute and leave one. Even after update all this app does is constantly loads. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it does the same thing. No it’s not me, i do everything correct , it’s this horrible god awful app. I’m doing better going by a ATM every single day.

Too often I can’t access balances and recent transactions because the spinning “Please wait…” overlay won’t go away.

The bank keeps changing things without notification. They don’t have Zelly anymore,start changing for balance less then $100.00,cashiers check. All use to be free. I am changing banks 1st of the year.
Nice functions but not so reliable
The app has some nice functions that ofher banks don’t have, such as the ability to add a payee from the app itself. However, the app has been pretty unreliable for me. For example, I haven’t been unable to login all day today. “The app is currently unavailable, please try again”.
