Works great
This is one of the best and most consistent apps I use. This is of the utmost importance to me as my finances are key. It’s easy to use!
Frustrating!
When it works its great, but its down every time I need to get into it. You set up the instant balance or fingerprint login and it goes away by the next time you log in. Keeps shutting down on me in the middle of trying to view accounts. Needs a lot of work!
Horrible
No other banking app I use requires to call to reset the password, no other banking app I use requires me to reset facial recognition. Get a better app developer, no one wants to be constantly calling in. I am honestly closing my accounts because I rely a lot on online banking and it’s so frustrating, it stinks because I absolutely love our local branch.

Frequent in-usability
I would recommend to have the app for Mobile/Online banking, but the app needs improvements in the User Interface and some areas of function.
Often times the app will tell me that they cannot validate my credentials for my user name and password, and have me unable to access my account. This happens at the minimum of once a week, only for me to be able to sign in the next day.
The overall interface is practical, but it feels out dated in the overall style. This is not a huge concern though as it has all the online abilities as other mobile apps.

Very difficult phone different from IPad
Also there are fees on the phone when you put in next day
Time too change banks
Also will not accept old iPads
You do not worry about steady customers for 20 years
Not sure why new system is better then the old one
