I had placed an advance order on 11 April for a Vishu Sadya, with clear assurance that it would be delivered before 1:00 PM on the festival day. Despite full payment in advance, the order was never delivered—completely ruining our Vishu celebration.
What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. Although a refund was promised, all attempts to contact the store since then have gone unanswered. This is not just poor service—it reflects a serious disregard for customers and their commitments, especially on an important cultural occasion.
I strongly urge others to exercise caution before ordering from this vendor. I am now considering initiating formal legal action for deficiency in service and failure to honor a paid order.
