Why has app stopped updating transactions correctly sometimes as much as a week later?

SMB Best Bank Ever
I have banked with SMB for many years and I love the online Bill Payer, it saves me so much time paying bills as a rental property owner.
They have amazing Customer Service and a small town bank feel, even though they’re a big bank! They have several convenient of bank locations and ATM’s around town and the area!

Remote deposit
Required several attempts, about amount entered was incorrect, and remote only on check, which were both correct

I was disappointed to find out I could no longer use the app on my iPhone 8
This has been the best bank I have ever dealt with but what good is it if you can’t get to your account. The safari site ask for a verification code which sometimes takes hours to receive. Is that much security worth losing clients you have had for 20 plus years?

Great App
Compared to other apps I use, this is the best banking app. It makes my life so much easier with my recurring bill pay and transfers. Transaction alerts are helpful too!
IOS 17
I really enjoyed being able to use the app and I have an iPhone 8 and I don’t plan on getting a new phone anytime soon because this one works just fine and I bought it out right and I don’t like having a payment. I will most likely be pulling my account and going to another bank.
I’m changing banks
Due to your mobile app upgrade my phone is no longer compatible I’m coming into to bank today an closing all accounts I’ve found another bank that fits my needs better

SMB has the greatest app. It’s easy to use. Updates quickly. You can chat with a rep from the bank if you have a question. If suspicious activity is noted SMB will text and email you immediately. They will take care of getting rid of the threat for you and reimburse your acct. I’m really glad to know I can rest easy knowing my money is safely in good hands. Thank you SMB.
