Good but slightly off
Love the app except I’ve had others check me after I’ve used and found a small deficiency of accuracy not severe
Basically Worthless
The reason I say this is because we work with 0-10 lightning controls a lot, which means that without 16 & 18 awg, this utility is incomplete. Disappointing really…
Amazing
This app is simple to use and works. Ask Google about wire fill and you get an answer based on people’s opinion which is mostly wrong. This app calculates it and you know exactly if you’re good to go or not.
Very Helpful
Best part about the app is you can add as many different sized wires as you want. Online you can only use one size at a time.

Great app for quickly calculating conduit fill.
The app is extremely easy to use and immediately shows the actual percentage of fill. It also flags whether fill exceeds NEC requirements. With spin wheel fields for each variable, selections are quick, easy and accurate. Thanks for making this available to customers.

This app is so quick and easy. Gives you the option to punch in the numbers of your wire properties. For example the wire, size, insulation, AWG , and stranded or solid. It tells you the probability of a jam. All you have to do is put the numbers in. Great app. Highly recommend it.

Changing the conduit type erases the conduit size.
Many common conductor sizes and types are omitted such as bare solid copper and other that Southwire sells.

Don’t use this app! I work as an electrician and used this app for a conduit fill on a nipple between two panels. I had (4) 350 xhhw and (1) 1/0 xhhw and it came out to 56% fill for a 2 inch emt. Used a 2 inch emt for my nipple and inspector called me on it. I calculated it out via 2020 nec and sure enough it came out to 67% fill over the 60% max. Made me look stupid and wasted time. We’re trained to trust our tools but apparently you can’t this one.
