Seriously this idea is so innovative and the reason I got back into dating. The quiz and Ask Sova are so insightful and actually helpful. I’ve never used an app that feels so supportive, can’t wait to keep using it :)

New app, good support

This is obviously a new app that is breaking into an established and clearly flawed industry. There were a few hiccups but support seems to be responding quickly and delivering solutions based on user feedback, which is nice. Will continue to use and watch the app as it grows. Hoping for a massive shift in how apps approach dating!

A healthy way to date

Not only does this app screen the sex offender database, test emotional readiness and offer an AI support it also gives quality therapist referrals in your area for IRL dating support or self growth. The daily prompts are amazing and I feel safer on this app compared to the others. So excited to see where developers take it!

Finally, a More Intentional Dating App

Sova feels like a refreshing change from typical dating apps. It’s intentional, thoughtful, and clearly designed with emotional safety in mind. It feels calm, honest, and human.

Buggy

Had high hopes but wasn’t able to verify my identity due to recurring error. Couldn’t access anything without verifying, couldn’t verify. Nice idea, but app needs work still.

Buggy

Downloaded it and did all the questions but keep getting an error when doing the verification process. Shame I had high hopes for this

Was a beta tester, but now the app is denying my identification before I begin

I tried to upload my drivers license to complete the identification process. Not only did it fail to load, it didn’t give me a chance to try again. It failed to upload and failed my verification instantaneously.

Loved the app in the beta, but maybe they should’ve put the verification process through beta testing too before rolling it out with some obvious technical glitches

What’s the point?

I signed up and answered all the questions, but it’s buggy and there was not a single person to interact with. No people to meet, not even a response to my attempts to reach customer support. It sounded good but did absolutely nothing.
