Still good a decade later
Every five years I’ll download this and play it again and it’s always just super fun. I wish there was a sequel.

I thought I’d return to this game as I used to play this waaay back in 2010-2011 on my brothers iPod touch. You can only play a tiny bit of the game before needing to sub. I don’t like that. I don’t mind buying it again but I’m not subscribing. You should have an option for people to buy the game with a one-off payment
UPDATE - Devs have been more than supportive in helping to rectify this situation. Updating my review to five stars simply for the good customer service.
I’d be happy to use the subscription just for one month to give them some money.

Great game-ruined by subscription paywall
I bought this game when it was popular, and available to anyone. I recently redownloaded the game. STILL better the most of whats out there today. HOWEVER. To play the game these days, you have to subscribe to YET ANOTHER monthly pay subscription. Geeez im tired of the subscriptions. So there you go. Great game. But the experience is ruined for new players by the monthly subscription pay wall.

I need 100’s of iPhone games like a hole in the head. I just want to play what I want to play, and I’m happy to pay for it, but not as a rental. Make the game $5, and I’ll buy it.

Man I remember playing this game growing up, it is nostalgia, there used to be a sequel too, similar to clash of clans building a base, it feels good to still see this old piece of my childhood still around

Great story line and gaming, my only problem is that if you want to explore after obtaining licence2 you need to pay for the game……..it really should be advertised as a “Try first stage of the game”
Cannot receive login in email
Need a log in code sent to my email, but game never sends the email so game is unplayable. Very disapointing

Don’t get game club plus my saves corrupted TWICE. Literally never had that happed before in my life besides this game.

This was one of my all time fav games on my iPad. I just started playing again after finishing this game multiple times in the past years, but this time it’s thru Game Center. It’s just as fun as the first time, except that I lose all control of my spaceship about every minute or two. I have to pause the game, then resume to regain control. At times, I can’t even pause as the whole screen becomes unresponsive, so I have to swipe the game away, then come back to it. Needless to say, due to the frequency of this issue, it makes game play not enjoyable. Not to mention that when I’m in the middle of a battle, I often die because I lose control of my ship and can’t pause or swipe away fast enough to regain control. Please fix this!

It’s a shame this great game was ruined by a crappy game club wrapper. No one wants your weird social group. Whoever convinced you this was a good idea is a moron.

Can’t play unless you pay monthly
In today’s world; paying a monthly fee ($5.00) to play a very simple spaceship shooter game is just silly. For a couple dollars more you can get Disney Channel….

Why Can’t this be a SKILLZ Game 😭
This game is amazing. I prefer the other version where you can use the Ore to build an Outpost, but this version is good too.
Bugged weapons
Great game, but recently the weapons from my ship and enemies do not display graphics. The weapons are firing but just cant anything visually. It’s unfortunately takingaway from the gameplay.

Great game, loved it alot when its new but now you just get constant ads to subscribe and it sucks the joy out of it.
Ruined by game club
This was one of my favorite games. It was a five star game for sure and I would download it every couple of years to play it again. This last time it had been completely ruined by gameclub. They took the game I had paid for and injected really obtrusive adds every time there is a break in play (every 2 minutes or so).
