App issues
I love space nk. It’s my guilty treat and I’m not rich or an influencer so save up every now and again to buy something nice. However often when I go to pay either using my card or Apple Pay it will not go through. I try numerous times and end up either giving up completely or having to login via safari. It always happens when they have 20% off and I initially thought they closed the offer and I was too late for the discount but I think it’s just an in app issue. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Otherwise I adore the brand just the app is a bit glitchy.

Good app but new update logs me out
Shopping on the app makes it easy, but the latest update keeps logging me out and I need to sign in fresh every time. Very annoying.
Love the App, but It Needs Fixing
I really enjoy having and using this app, especially in the physical store, where I have my wishlist to remind me of what I need to purchase!
There are a few issues with this app. Firstly, I would like the app to properly support landscape mode on the iPad. At the moment, it is very glitchy. It works for a few seconds, and then I click something and it only shows half the app. Then it gets stuck and doesn't rotate to landscape mode at all.
Secondly, I would like to see my full purchase history, both online and in-store, on the app and on my account accessed via the website. At the moment, only online orders are visible on the app—that's it.

Service slipping
Space NK used to have great service. But now I never get the samples I select, usually no samples at all - I dont know why they dont manage customer expectations better. They are blighted by slow delivery even though I pay for next day. Now buy from other providers
Awful Experiance
Awful experience. I have tried for over a week to contact them about a missing item from my order and they just send back automated messages every time about orders going out being delayed. I HAVE MY ORDER, it was just MISSING an item. I have even sent in photographic evidence and that doesn't even get a real response. I will have to contact my bank soon to back charge my order as these people don't seem to care and are uncontactable. Happy to take your money but won't help you when you need it. These are expensive products too, I expect better service for their price range. They didn't have anything on their website about orders being disrupted or delayed either. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I’m so glad that Space NK finally has an app. It certainly makes it so much easier to find the products that they stock and any new brands.

This app repeatedly glitches at the point of payment. I recently tried to purchase some items which included a free gift but couldn't pay due to problems with the app. At the point the payment finally went through, the free gift had been removed from the basket even though it was still possible to buy the same items with the free gift

Great app
Loving the space nk app. Lots of information on products. A huge variety of products and matched to your needs. Love the free samples and speedy delivery. Also constantly introducing new ranges with information and reviews.

I’m so far really enjoying this app. Everything is organised tidily, and I find it really easy to search for brands and products. It also helps to see my points and rewards clearly on the homepage.

I really love the Space NK app overall — it’s easy to browse, I use the wishlist all the time, and it makes discovering products so convenient. However, the checkout experience is very frustrating. Unless I use Clearpay, payments almost always fail in the app. Apple Pay, Klarna, and entering my card details manually all show errors.
Because of this, I nearly always have to switch to Safari on my phone and complete the purchase on the website instead of using the app, which defeats the point of having it. It would be great if this could be fixed, as otherwise the app experience would be perfect.

The app the brand 10✨
I absolutely love Space NK. The app loads my points very quickly and lets me know how much I have to spend in vouchers. All the New brands that are added go on very quickly and I can buy from it efficiently. My save list is quite long too lol.
Just as easy to use as the website - but can be accessed from my pocket!
I love SpaceNK and I was pleased when they launched an app. It has all of the features I need and is very easy to navigate. No complaints at all.
