Not recommended. Does half a job.
This has so much potential but falls short in a few areas. Firstly, before you commit to a subscription there is readily available information advising what is included, just some vague ‘10 credits’.
Spent some time mapping all the borders for my garden. Took multiple photos. My garden design photo at the end showed one small corner. Nothing on the rest of the garden. What is the point of mapping these borders if they are ignored?
It added a brick dividing wall to replace my neighbours fence in the background! Utterly stupid and not within the brief. It also added some expensive paving to replace my gravel. I revised the design (beware, you can only do this once!) asking it to replace the pavers with the existing gravel and it added MORE paving.
It doesn’t provide a planting scheme or list of plants to buy.
At the end of it I’ve paid £10 for a pretty picture of the corner of my garden using materials I specifically asked it to remove.
It seems that in order to get it to do anything else I have to pay another £40!!!
I cannot recommend this app, ChatGPT will do this quicker and for free and won’t try and con you in the process.

Incredible! So pleased we found Spacelift
I can’t quite explain how excellent this app is. The quality of the designs it produced from a photo of our garden was far better than I anticipated, and it gave us ideas we simply wouldn’t have come up with on our own, and has saved us so much time procrastinating.
Instead of spending hours looking for inspiration and trying to piece together different ideas, we had several well-thought-out concepts to compare within minutes. It made it much easier to picture what our garden could become.
The guidance and support you receive with the project pack is phenomenal. It made us feel in control the whole way, whilst laying everything out step by step. We are now on the journey to transforming our garden, and I cannot imagine how much SpaceLift has saved us in time and money, considering what you’d normally pay for professional design input of this quality.
I think the subscription offers excellent value. Even if it helps you avoid one costly mistake or gives you the confidence to move forward with a plan, it more than pays for itself.
I’ve already recommended it to friends who are planning garden projects, and I’d happily subscribe again.

Disappointing
I was on the waitlist the. missed a free trial so decided to pay for one month. The app is severely limited in what it allows you do to, eg not able to delete or restart a project, try a different style etc. The only option is to pay more to create new projects. I wish I hadn’t bothered - a very frustrating experience.

Beautiful Designs
A must for anyone struggling to design their garden, but unable to spend thousands of pounds on designs! I have been desperate to create a beautiful outdoor space for ages. I just didn't know where to start. Then I saw Spacelift on Instagram. It is fabulous! It's helped me visualise my space in a really easy and affordable way. I've tried every design style so far and love the "Cotswold Chic" style the best. The mapping tool is so much fun!

Disaster garden to Hosting Space
We got the keys to our house in December, and after moving in we neglected the space. SpaceLift helped us visualise loads of different ideas and gave us a clear plan for how we could transform the space.
We're now bringing those plans to life and the difference is already amazing. We even hosted our first BBQ in the garden this weekend, which felt like a huge milestone! ☀️🍔

Really helped me see what I can do with my garden

After registering on the waitlist I was thrilled to get to try out the app.
It’s generated beautiful designs with realistic images, unlike the images created by other AI apps I have tried.

Wish I could get a refund
App is very glitchy and poorly thought out. Whilst it’s very cool how it measures and maps the space, it does not retain these details, so every time you want to design your space you have to remeasure. In addition it only allows you to edit your design once which is ridiculous since the designs it creates are non-sensical eg it put a fence up across the back of my house blocking all my windows when I had already uploaded my main vantage point. All in all I feel like I’ve been massively ripped off. The concept sounded great, but think you’re better off using a free AI app like ChatGPT to do a better job.

Absolutely impressed! The Spacelift AI Garden Design App transformed my garden ideas into stunning, realistic designs with minutes. Well the first stage is. Used Spacelift to redesign my back garden which has given great ideas together with my plan pack which will help me build. Brilliant!
Not ready yet
The garden mapping function is great and easy to use. The design function (which is the main one you want) doesn’t work properly yet. You can’t switch between designs without remapping your entire garden again. Bit of a waste of time and money really. But at least they gave me a refund as they acknowledge it’s not working correctly yet.

Crashes
I wanted to like this but couldn’t get it to run on my iPhone - after installing and opening the app it immediately crashed, so I uninstalled it. Pity. Nice looking interface so giving it a couple of points for design
Could be so good
I found this such a disappointing experience. I’m not really sure what I got for my money- having paid £30 for three months of the pro version, I have now found out that actually seeing the plans that have been created would cost £40 more!! I have been given a list of links to furniture and accessories I could buy (ummmmm…. Thanks?) but nothing useful like a list of plants! I bought into this because it seemed a much more ethical approach to AI design (since it draws on design from the studio) but this hasn’t delivered anything like value for money. Two stars because it could be good …. But right now it’s really not.

I paid for a garden design. It crashed half way through. Tried to contact support no reply for days. Waste of money, really disappointed
Saves so much time and money
I have a pretty empty garden and I had no idea what to do with it. I ran my garden through the app using the mapping technology and was really impressed with just that alone! I explored a few different styles and set what I wanted in my garden. The designs are all fantastic! It’s so much better than just using ChatGPT because this actually knows what I want and what my garden can handle. And saves so much money paying a landscaper!

It doesn’t work. Very buggy.
Needs constant restarts and could get past analysing space. Tried twice, haven given up. Will ask for a refund.

Incredible app. A must have tool to design your dream garden. Very user friendly, great features to give structure to the start of your garden project.
Worth the Wait
Just got off the waitlist and I’m really impressed so far. The app is easy to use, the AI garden designs are creative and inspiring, and it’s helped me visualize ideas for my outdoor space much more easily. Looking forward to seeing what new features are added in future updates!
