I’m sorry Spacemail….

You guys are GREAT!!!! Everybody I’ve ever interacted with (whether it be AI or actual human, sometimes can’t tell) has been great and helpful!! But your app developer is no better at coding than I am, and I don’t know the first thing about it!! The app is atrocious at best!! I think it has to do with your web browser, or something to that effect. The emails are all too huge and you can’t scroll to see what else is there. You just get the cut off text and scroll into nothingness. I thought this would get addressed sooner than later, but yet here’s another update and it’s still doing it!! Surely I’m not the only one to complain about this?? Don’t say it’s my settings, because this is the only app that has this behavior. I suggest starting with “App Building For Dummies”. But the rest of y’all are GREAT!!!!

Unusable

App does black text on black background for everything since i’m in dark mode. This is really basic stuff, and is makes the app completely unusable when overlooked

Horrible, minimal functions

This app is too bad to use, you can’t even compare it to the competitors. There were no push notifications until yesterday’s update and you can’t properly reply to mails… the text scrolls under the UI and you can’t see it
This app should not be on the AppStore. It simply isn’t ready. These things happen when you replace actual engineers with AI.

Business email with no push notifications? This needs some major updates before I would consider it useable for my business.

App Lacks Features on iPhone

It seems like the only functionality is to read and write. I am unable to delete emails, move emails, or archive emails. Hopefully this is fixed in a future update.

Thanks for your feedback! You’re absolutely right that functionality was limited before, but we’ve since added options to delete and move emails in the latest version. Archiving is still in our backlog. We’re continuing to improve the app, so more updates are on the way, please stay tuned!
