Top reviews

Not compatible with my iPad and iphone

Poor results

Awful

Unusable everywhere, ambient mode does not exist despite clearly stating it does exist on the Luma pro

Edit: after an hour of searching I’ve found it. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all and buffers permanently. My review will stay at 1 star. The hardware for the device is so impressive, I’d have thought that the app would be somewhat up to the same level. It’s not. I’m going to return my product and never touch this app nor anything made by this company again. Massive let down

The Best

Una de las mejores experiencias visuales tanto 2d como en 3D

The App Privacy Report is a Lie

The App Store claims that this app does not collect any data, but the privacy statement shows that this thing is a telemetry-hungry beast. They not only track all interactions with the app, they even go as far as tracking browsing history, and more. And all of that data is theirs to disclose to whomever in the event of acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, etc. Viture makes good hardware, but stay away from their software. Apple should really force them to update their App Privacy Report.

Glass Control using Apps

The glass is cool but please make it possible for the App to be used to control the glass settings when connected using the USB, the controls using the glass frame side buttons are too complicated.

3D doesn’t work.

All this talk of turning 2D content to 3D but it’s just creating side by side screens.

Superfluous, gimmicky, poorly designed

Spacewalker app currently does not support copy/ paste which is a major oversight. I have long passwords and typing them into the app is impossible because closing the app to consult my password manager via multitasking undoes my progress typing the password in the app.

The feedback page in the spacewalker app on ios also doesn’t allow me to submit feedback, because the keyboard covers the “submit feedback” button, and there’s no way to close the keyboard without leaving the page. The text is not saved. So the feedback tab is essentially worthless.

Brace yourself for crashes

The app crashes.
Immersive 3d is a paid service and doesn’t work. The app itself stopped working and after reinstalling SpaceWalker immersive 3d wants me to pay again

Buggy

Who developed this? So many bugs in just about every feature. Too many to list.

Audio won’t play through glasses

It’s been months and the app still plays audio through my phone rather than through the glasses like when I first got them.

Can’t get Netflix to work

Been trying to login but it keeps saying unable to connect🙄

Black screen viture pro

They would be great , but the screen keeps going black , it’s VERY ANNOYING
These cost a lot of money and they getting VERY FRUSTRATING to use ….

Joke

I spent well over $1000 all together glasses neckband 8bitdo controller and eye tracker now they want me to pay $4.99 to be able to use the features that the device is supposed to already do like really come on guys. Not a good look

Limited and hard to use

Very hard to understand how to interact or what can you do with the App. UI/UX is weird

17e not supported

Unusable.

Despite looking like it should work, 17e is not supported. A black screen is all the action you’ll get.

Great for smart glasses

Downloaded it because I bought the new RayNeo Air 4 Pro and it works perfectly. I didn't even know my phone could do such a thing.

Finicky

When it works it is a great addition to the glasses. It will disconnect when initially plugged in and then it works fine mostly. Lately I have been unable to control the volume which has been frustrating as I am constantly sent to the website to upgrade everytime I click the volume button.

Audio issues

Audio only plays from phone, not from glasses. Been waiting for this to be fixed but nothing has been done.

A+

I never write reviews but I am impressed!

Good Job Guys! I know this is all very new, but you all have done a great job on this app. While not perfect for basically a first gen app with new hardware is amazing bravo. Keep making it cooler and better thx!

Great app

It actually is a very good app
