Not working on the Iphone for me
Getting a white screen all the time after logging in. I am running a latest version. Tried deleting and re-installing - does not work.

Love this!
This app is super easy to use. The phone version allows you to take notes on open house visitors right after they sign in on the iPad and you can do this discretely as the customer is walking through. It also pulls in social profiles so you know who’s visiting. What a great solution. I’m never going back of pen and paper! And people love playing with the iPad, it’s professional and has privacy

I’m obsessed love it
Recently joined the next home brokerage and they offer this app as part of the tools we use and the very first time I used the app I totally love it , I’m excited now to do the next open house with this tools is very helpful to follow up with prospects and share the sign in sheet with the seller so we can show some work done , I can send other properties for sale reports around the area very easy integration systems , you can do another agent open house from your office and create the sign in form and the leads goes to you . Definitely this is the app for new generation of realtors

Great companion to the new rules
Collecting data during an open house has always been challenging. With the new rules and acting as a host agent Spacio provides a great tool for people to use during opens.
Doesn’t work
Sounds like a great app but it won’t let me confirm my email due to Spacio logging my email incorrectly, being an insecure site, my browsers won’t let me through. When I was able to log I. On the incorrect email, it says I have to be connected to the internet to use the app. Most of my open houses are flip properties and don’t have WiFi, so this app is useless.

Was great. Until it wasn’t.
The display is gorgeous and flexible. Used it for a month for free, introduced them to my brokerage. They replied right away for that.
As soon as my free trial was nearing the expiry date, I tried to upgrade. I would pay for this. However it didn’t work. After 3 emails in a week to support and to Melissa Kwan directly, nobody has gotten back to me. They obviously don’t want my business - or yours. So today I’m installing Open House Pro instead. Electronic Sign in sheets are great - don’t rely on an app for a product that isn’t property supported. My lesson learned.
