Downloaded the app on iPad Pro and it simply does not work. Nowhere to set up an account or log in as a new user. Completely useless. I would give 0 stars if I could. Developers need to wake up.
No option to create account on app is perplexing
I see that others have also remarked that there is no way to create an account on the app and I read the developer remarks, but the instructions of clicking on the developer option doesn’t work either, it just brings up a list of all of the other apps. Why not just add a dang option to create an account on the app???? I wonder how many other potential users got tired of going in circles and went with a competitor instead?

I run new construction neighborhoods and have some open houses with 20-25 people through. I was missing the opportunity to meet people while out in the neighborhood with other buyers. I bought an iPad stand with lock and placed this at the front door of the model home. Helps me track my marketing and what drives people into our neighborhood. You can customize the questions with multiple choice options or text. I also have a Ring doorbell that alerts my Apple Watch someone is there. I can open the Spacio app and text the buyer I just missed that I will be back in a few minutes. It also emails them a welcome email with links to floor plans and a neighborhood plat map. It also is easy to email blast everyone that visited that day a thank you message.
I don’t know what these 1 Star reviews are doing. Probably the same agents that don’t make money and say the market is bad. Wrote $25.7 million in 2017 using this app. Highly recommend and working on multiple neighborhoods for 2019 with their Spacio Project app.
