Don't close app if you are in the middle of a search
The main complaint I have had with this app is if you have to switch applications for whatever reason (phone call or web search), it doesn't remember where you were last, so you have to re-enter all the search criteria again and again. Usually after the 3rd or 4th attempt, I give up and open my laptop. Otherwise, it is not bad.

Frustrating! Might as well drag along your computer.
Can't create a CMA, can't access the Document Manager...oftentimes a search won't return any listings (when I know there are some), so I have to delete the app and reinstall it to get it to return the right results. Not very professional when you're with clients. It wouldn't be so bad if you could just access the desktop TMLS website from a web browser, but the browser will just redirect you to the app.

Useless
Only lets you search nearby listings; so useless unless the property for which you need information happens to be within a one mile radius.
Worse Than Old Version
The old version was not perfect, but it was much better than this new one! This new version may have a better look but the functionality of it has made it completely useless for my needs. When I go to "my listings" it brings up ALL the listings I have ever had. Which as a rental listing agent is several hundred. The old version would show my active properties first in the list. This one does not, it lumps them all together and makes it very difficult to weed through to get to my active listings. I can not find a way to narrow it down to show my active listings first. I did figure out how to add it to my "folder", but unless there I some sort of way to delete properties from the folder I am going to run into the same problem as I can list 100+ properties in a 12 month period. I would not recommend this app for other agents.
