Exceptional Playing and Training
It’s been so long since I’ve had a spades card hit well like that of this app. There are ways to stay motivated in the game without getting bored. The shuffle graphics, bidding and game play is smooth and simple. The sound effects are pleasant.
Too many bells & whistles
I just want to play the game. I wish there was a way to turn off season and goal stuff.
Not sure why you changed the logic
I used to be able to count on my partner making good decisions. A few months ago, you changed the logic the bots use when playing. I just finished a game where we bid 7 and the opponent bid 6. Why did my partner trump a hand I’d already won instead of using that ace of spades to win the next trick so that our opponents would miss their bid when we didn’t have any sandbags? What’s worse are the times my partner has trumped a trick I’ve already won and then we miss our bid. I thought we were partners

AI junk
Redownloaded hoping it would be better balanced. First game played I lay a 9 of hearts, AI opponent lays a queen of hearts, AI teammate plays a 10 of hearts. Next round teammate plays the king of hearts after I play an ace of hearts….. why did the teammate NOT play optimally on the first turn like any other human being would? After reading the most recent comments, I’m just going to delete again. Mobilityware praises itself so highly for using ai, but the ai they use is NOT random. There’s obvious methodology applied to make the game more “difficult” for the human player and it’s absolutely not realistic. Sad to say I’ll steer clear of Mobilityware for a while longer until a decision can be made about the actual direction they are trying to go……

Algorithms messed up?
I just spent two days playing 27 games with an average bid of 2 for 19 games. Also, when the opponent to my left had a NIL bid and threw out a card higher than mine and the other opponent, my partner threw out even higher cards even though he had lower cards! This has happened many times. I enjoy the game, albeit frustratingly at times. WISH LIST: provide an option in the Multiplayer mode for games that last longer than 150 or whatever it is!

Unable to read tips
The tips flash across the bottom of the screen so fast that I am unable to read them! It’s real annoying. Other than that, I have thoroughly enjoyed playing Spades on Apple Arcade.

Good until it isn’t
This game has been great… the AI partner was excellent until the Grand Master level… it will no longer cover you on nil bids when it had a higher card it plays later, and constantly over bids as if trying to throw the game. Went from a great game to a terrible game. Also seems to be the cards are no longer random…??? Please fix!!!!

Decent app for spades overall
Only complaint is fixing users that purposely under-bid. Simple fix would be to count bags in multiplayer!
My bot teammate makes horrible decisions
We are going for 7 books, we have 6. He gives his queen of spades AFTER the other team plays the king of spades. Then we 1 play left. My s teammate gives a 2 of spades. We lose. Why on earth would they play like this. This isn’t the first time. It also loves to take bags

Unrealistic game play
In a real word game, you follow basic rules. This game does not follow those rules. It needs a massive update.

Game becomes junk at higher levels. Uses partners that can’t bid a hand or deals you totally unrealistic hands.

Worst Spades Game Ever!
Game is fun for 10 minutes tops. AI is bad. The only way the game gets harder is giving you an AI partner that intentionally throws the game. Between your partner bidding nil with the ace of spades to bidding 5 or 6 and only realistically able to get 2-3 tricks the game is a complete waste of time.
Spades Apple Arcade
This is an awesome game with humans and a monthly three humans against ai except the ai goes on the opposing team. That monthly you earn rewards and I wish the rewards and the comments fit the game. Instead of throwing iceballs waves or confetti, how about a moon or sun to throw. how about bags like. fancy birkin bag and when you huge them ither team bags you can toss bags at them and when your partner is gathering up bags and making you repeatedly lose how about a “too many bags, let’s give those bags to the other team “. I can’t communicate except for the preset convos but this app is worked in monthly as there are new events weekly and new monthly challenges. Oh the things we do to restore our sanity and keep our brains. thank you.
