First time loading money so I loaded five dollars and every time I try to use it to play it says I don’t have any Internet, which I know I have Internet. Everything is working, but if I play a game that don’t use money, it plays just I’ve been trying to use the five dollars for the last 30 minutes and cannot play a game using the money. Can this get fixed or just reimburse my five dollars back
