sono Sordo, abbonato un anno, assistenza inesistente, non si attiva blocco e identificazione chiamate, gira a vuoto e i numeri sono aggiornati nell anno 2017!!! (con iphone 11 pro), urgente contattami x risolvere!!!

Rinnovato abbonamento dopo tanti anni che non usavo l’app e ora non funziona più… provato a scaricarla di nuovo ma nulla, va immediatamente in crash …
Perché dal 31-1-2023 a oggi non funziona più?
Fino al 30-12-2022 funzionava molto bene ma ora non funziona più, a volte non si apre neanche l’app, mentre l’estensione per msg è sempre attiva quella delle telefonate no, e nelle impostazioni quando abolito la protezione continua a girare, mi potete rispondere per favore? Il telefono è iPhone 14 pro Max ed è aggiornato. Grazie

Not practical, and does not do what it claims.
A little bit of a useless application. I say this after having bought a subscription and using the app for over 6 months. Doesn’t block robocalls, doesn’t identify unwanted callers, and it is completely useless at looking up numbers. Spinning wheel just keeps turning when you search for numbers. I get a better impact using Google to search numbers from unwanted callers. I have even tried setting the app up with IOS “settings”, but again, spinning wheel just keeps turning… Love these useless apps that promise the world, but don’t even deliver a molecule… NOT!!!

Non si apre e il supporto non esiste
Ho appena fatto un abbonamento di sei mesi. Ho un iphone 10 con iOS 14.
Dopo la prima apertura iniziale il software si chiude da solo.
Ho provato a contattare il supporto dell’app ma la pagina picostudio.it non si apre.
A questo punto disdico l'abbonamento e cerco qualcosa che funzioni.

Database aggiornato al 2017, frasi continui, ricerca numero nel database non funzionante. Inutile, costa meno della concorrenza e c’è un motivo...
Something isn’t right
The last time the database says it was updated was Oct. 3, 2017. All the reviews were written on August 13 and I emailed the company and got a failed delivery reply. Something isn’t right!!!

Does Not Work
This app is slow and doesn't work at all! I can't even get it to "look up" my own public phone number. There is a free trial, NOT, I choose the yearly plan and did not get a free trial and was billed immediately. The app refuses to update the data base. It's supposed to work in US & Canada, NOT, not one number I tried in Canada brought a result. Total scam. I want my money back!

Funziona molto bene, ha più funzioni delle altre, finalmente non ricevo più chiamate dai call center.
Mal funzionante
Sto pagando 1 euro al mese e le chiamate spam mi arrivano lo stesso entro nell’app e mi chiede la password del mio account Apple e già mi fa pensare che nn sia attiva,poi faccio per aggiornare i numeri e si chiude crasciando.... aggiornate o vi chiedo il rimborso degli ultimi 3 mesi!!!!

L’app crasha in continuazione, appena provo ad aggiornare il database dei numeri. Ho anche provato a riavviare il telefono. Abbinamento subito disdetto.
