I receive about 200 spam texts daily, so this app doesn’t NOT work.

Stop Political Texts

I signed up to block the many political texts I receive. They are not being blocked. I will be terminating my account.

stops about a quarter of the political ads

They need to put in some sort of key words to block these political ads. Not renewing doesn’t work still get too many. I only donated in 2016 they have my name given to everyone

Working very well

I only wanted the non stop political texts to not be seen anymore. Its working great now and Im happy!!

Didnt work for political

I only wanted the non stop political texts to not be seen anymore. It wasnt working and the reporting feature setup instructions were wrong. “Go to settings and click on phone” theres no phone option in settings. I gave up and cancelled it.

Great Customer Service

Alerted developers that app wasn’t working probably due to latest iOS update. They sent me a same day response saying they were looking into issue. Next day they sent me note saying issue was fixed! And now spam texts are being blocked again! No more politicians asking me for money. Thank you!

Don’t waste your money

I signed up for
A year and still bombarded with these political adds an begging for money. I guess there is no way to ever stop them. Thought this was the answer but apparently not. They are still coming through with this app. Went directly to the source and they washed there hands. So next how do you start a class action lawsuit. And canceling this app.

FathomTel provides fake numbers to spammers

I have been receiving repeat creepy spam from a number that belongs to FathomTel, which (under the name “Unlisted”) provides fake numbers that cannot be traced. This service is used by spammers to mask the number they are calling from. (FathomTel even has an Unlisted app on this App Store.)

So when I looked for a spam blocker, my jaw dropped when I saw it was created by FathomTel. Working both sides of the deal.

No way I would give $3.99 a month to this company.

We have another app which sells phone service. Our customers are small businesses, privacy focused individuals, and so on. Unfortunately we also have users that attempt to abuse our service and we block them as soon as we detect that or receive a report. If you haven’t already, please send us a message at support@getunlisted.com and we will investigate immediately. The linkage between these apps is not what you accuse me of. I’m a single developer and I developed a spam blocking system for users of Unlisted, who use a second number there on a daily basis and needed a solution to block incoming spam texts. TextShield is that same technology extracted and made available for use on your main number.

It doesn't work at all, it doesn't matter doing exact keywords, same texts still make it through

Excellent product

Very effective at blocking spam. A very well done product that has greatly improved my interaction with my phone. I used to get tons of unnecessary alerts on my phone and now no longer.

Genius app

I hate spam in any form and Textshield protects me from unsolicited and unwanted messages. Now I hope they make an unwanted call app!

Very accurate

It seems to catch all the spam they’ve thrown at it so far, plus all my codes now go into a special folder so my messages app isn’t so cluttered. Great app!

Best spam blocker app

I’ve been getting so many spam texts recently and I’ve been trying a few apps to stop them. TextShield just works - all of my spam texts were blocked out of my inbox. It also goes one step further than other apps and seems to file away my other bot texts into special sub folders too! Excellent app, and great simple design.
